Latin Soul Kitchen is a dream, journey, and passion that I have been working towards my whole life. My parents were from Cuba and Ecuador and the Cuban cuisine ruled the house. I learned very young that the kitchen was for me and made delicious Cuban food. As I grew we learned more about other cuisines and grew fond of fusing flavors while making delicious creations in the kitchen. We can deliver a variety of dishes that will please any palate from our mobile food kitchen.
