Fast Eddies Burger’s offers all homemade old school classic food truck fare – we offer angus beef burgers and a homemade vegetarian patty option, French fries made and tossed with house made garlic jalapeno rub, and of course we load our fries as well with delicious homemade chili if requested. We bring great food to where you’re at, cook it with love, serve it unpretentiously, and at a reasonable cost. Come and enjoy!! MEET THE OWNER Chef Stephen LaSala has 27 years of culinary experience. Stephen has worked in multiple types of venues, to include during his career being Executive Chef for 3 different Celebrity Chef restaurants, he has done the tour of the culinary world in restaurants throughout California, Arizona, and of Course Las Vegas NV. Now Chef Stephen has developed this fantastic straight forward old school burger concept.
