Clayton Street Barbecue derives from the backyard barbecues and family get together on Clayton Street in North Las Vegas, NV. The 50+ year old recipe, food preparation and creativeness have been passed down through the generations. All meats are rubbed with house rub, marinated for 24 to 36 hrs and smoked with cherry wood, up to 16 hrs depending on the meat. These methods gives the meat(s) a tender and flavorful tasting experience to your taste buds. And to top it all off with our house barbecue sauce. So good you'll want to drink it.
